During this Easter week-end, Olivier, Franck and Jordan met in Britanny for four days fully dedicated to sports but also to know more about each other. The goal was to be as ready as possible for the race in Spa but also and especially for Le Mans 24 hours.
The three mates have been cycling, running, playing squash, tennis, ping pong and also been doing some go karting and canoe during this long week-end. Jordan, very happy about this experience said: “It was great to be together during these four days. We didn’t stop doing different sports but we found a time to have a laugh! In the morning, we were focusing on the cardio with cycling or running and in the afternoon it was more play. We also play petanque and cards outside because the weather was really beautiful. Hopefully, we will be able to do it again soon and, if possible, before Le Mans.”
At the end, their making up is quite impressive. They spent more than 5 hours on the bike, covering about 100 miles, 20 miles running in 2h30 in small paths and the feet in the Channel, 3 hours playing squash, two hours of tennis, one hour of ping pong, 30 minutes of go karting, 2 hours of canoe and also one hour spent on the slack! And they were still in great form at the end of the week-end!
